I am good at visually learning things. I can really pick up something when someone has the time to explain each part and what it does. Taking it apart and putting it back together makes much sense then reading instructions or looking at diagrams. When I first started chipotle learning to cut everything seemed so hard. I always ask questions and took any pointers I could, but everyday after work I would watch youtube videos to perfect my craft. After 1 year I had the best cut sizes in my store. Shortly after training 3 people and working at new stores, I would get compliments from every employee.
